The purpose of this form is to collect your custom partner information to setup your custom environment. In order to setup your custom system, we will need the following information:
- 1. Personnel information to create specific roles in the system.
- 2. Two logos for your school and preferred background color.
If you want to allow parents to order and pay online for courses for students, you will need to submit the following information:
- 3. A list of courses that you want visible in your course catalog.
- 4. Your percentage mark-up for courses over wholesale.**
