What to Expect: The Custom Partnership Onboarding Process

Strategic Planning Meeting

This collaborative session helps identify your school’s goals, explore online program options, and determine the best path forward. We’ll walk through key questions, establish expectations, and begin crafting a plan that works for your community.

Essentials Training

This training presentation provides an overview of Sevenstar’s course offerings, policies, and key procedures. It’s designed to equip school staff with the foundational knowledge they need to effectively start and support your online program.

Enrollment Training

This practical session is for the staff members who will manage student enrollment. It includes step-by-step guidance on adding students to the system, ordering courses, and handling payments. This training typically takes place after the Strategic Planning and Essentials sessions and before students begin coursework.

Progress Monitoring Training

Held 1–2 weeks after students start their courses, this training equips your staff to track academic progress and provide timely support. We focus on tools and strategies that help ensure student success throughout the semester.
