Algebra 1

God took great care when He built orderliness and symmetry into His Creation. Algebra 1 establishes the foundation of skills required to understand the composition and patterns of the world God created. Our Father gifted us with the ability to think and reason in abstract mathematical terms and then apply them to specific and concrete situations. We can use algebra to solve problems that arise as we explore, use, and take care of creation as He has commanded us. Algebra 1 emphasizes the importance of applying algebraic skills for God’s glory in everyday life through hundreds of real-world examples. Assessments are designed to ensure that your understanding goes beyond rote memorization of steps and procedures.
